Healthcare wasn't built for independent workers — it was built for someone with a benefits administrator and a steady paycheck. We're rebuilding it for everyone else, one flat monthly fee at a time.
The shape of the membership matters more than the branding. Virtual primary care and urgent care front-load the 90% of healthcare that is not a hospital; routine labs, teledentistry, prescriptions, and dental + vision savings round out the bundle. The math stops loping when one bill replaces the copay, the deductible, and the surprise EOB three months later.
We design the practice around cash flow first, then around care. Predictable cost, transparent cash prices for the things we do not bundle, and a care navigator that reads what you describe and routes you to the right setting — that is the model. We are building the kind of healthcare the standard products were never going to offer independent workers, contractors, and small teams.
What we cover

The membership carries you through the everyday. Radiology and specialty imaging stay à la carte at transparent cash prices when you need them.
- Virtual primary care — for adult members, 8am to 8pm local, 7 days a week (excluding holidays)
- Mental wellness — therapy 7am to 10pm local (video-only in Colorado and North Carolina); psychiatry for members 14 and older
- Dental + vision savings — nationwide network for checkups, cleanings, fillings, crowns, orthodontics, exams, contacts, frames, lens enhancements, and LASIK
- Care navigation via your AI navigator — decides ER, urgent care, or same-day visit
- Catastrophic insurance and hospitalization are not bundled — handled by a separate wraparound or HDHP plan
- In-person acute emergencies are not bundled — your AI navigator routes you to the right setting, and the wraparound picks up the bill
- Controlled substances are not prescribed through virtual primary care, urgent care, teledentistry, or psychiatry — your Blue Line Health care team coordinates any in-network referral that is clinically warranted
- Transparent cash prices for X-ray, MRI, CT, and ultrasound
- Imaging-center routing through your care team at member rates
- No insurance claim, no surprise bill — the price you see is the price you pay
